| 摘 要： | 本研究结果说明,病区儿童血(全血、血浆、血细胞)、尿和发硒含量显著低于相邻和远离非病区和硒强化食盐区;发或尿硒含量与大骨节病干骺端病变检出率有显著或非常显著负相关关系;血硒在病区内与大骨节病干骺端病变检出率间关系不密切。

| Abstract: | The result of this study showed that Se contentsof blood components including whole blood plasmand red blood cell, urine and hair of the children in en-demic areas were far lower than those of the adjacentand distant endemic areas aaand Se--supplemented areasThere existed significant and very significant negative cor-relations between hair and urinary Se contents and themetaphyseal detective rate of the disease However,blood Se seemed to be less related to the rate men-tioned above |
