| 摘 要： | 作者基于多年来对公路泥石流的研究成果积累,编制了《公路泥石流防治工程设计指南》(简称《指南》).本文简述了《指南》的编写背景及依据、概述了《指南》的主要技术框架以及《指南》应用过程中应注意的几个关键问题,为公路建设及养护等相关技术规范的修改提供了重要依据. |

| Abstract: | Debris flow is main disaster along highway in mountainius region.On the basis of research results to debris flow along highway for years,authors of this paper draw up 《Design Guidbook of Civil Engineering against Debris Flow along Highways》.The paper presents briefly background and evidences to draw up the guidbook,establishes key techniques of the guidbook,and discusses some key problems during using the guidbook,which provide important foundation to revise bearing technique codes about constructing and maintaining of highways. |
