| 摘 要： | 通过对信息系统安全的重要组成部分风险管理的研究，着重分析风险管理的两个重要环节：风险评估和风险减缓，给出了风险评估矩阵、关键公式和具体实施步骤；然后根据风险评估过程中提出的建议，进行风险减缓，即对安全控制进行优先级排序、评估和实现，给出风险减缓的实施点、实施方法和步骤。
