大曲率船体球面零件压制减薄规律

摘    要:试验结果表明大曲率船体球面零件在压制成型后同时存在增厚和减薄情况,最大减薄出现在零件中心外围区域,零件边缘区域增厚现象较明显。进一步分析零件成型前后的板厚数据变化情况,总结大曲率船体球面零件压制成型的减薄规律及实际加工的注意事项,并建立压制减薄风险控制流程,可有效避免大曲率船体球面零件压制减薄现象成为结构建造的潜在风险。

Abstract:The test results show that there are both thickening and thinning of the large curvature spherical hull parts after compression moulding. The maximum thinning occurs in the peripheral area of part center, and the thickening phenomenon is relatively obvious in the part edge area. The changes of plate thickness data before and after part moulding are further analyzed, the compression moulding thinning law and actual processing notices of large curvature hull spherical parts are summarized, and the compression thinning risk control flow is established, which can effectively avoid the compression thinning phenomenon of large curvature hull spherical parts being the potential risk of structure construction.
