复杂地层冲击钻和反循环回旋钻桩基成孔工艺比较

摘    要:结合福州市琅岐闽江大桥5#墩钻孔灌注桩施工实例,对比分析了正循环冲击钻和反循环回旋钻的钻孔工艺及施工效果,发现在过程指标严格控制的情况下,冲击钻施工时间长,成本消耗少,钻硬质岩层效率高;反循环回旋钻施工时间短,成本消耗大,钻覆盖层及风化岩层效率高。两种工艺均能达到成孔质量标准,实际工程中需根据具体情况分析和选用。

Abstract:The comparison of construction techniques between percussion drilling and reverse circulation drilling was conducted in combination with the construction of bored piles for No. 5 pier of Langqi Bridge across Min River in Fuzhou City. It is pointed out that the percussion drilling has higher efficiency in hard rock with long period of construction and low cost, and the reverse circulation drilling has higher efficiency in overburden and weathered rock with short period of construction and high cost. The selection of construction techniques should be done according to specific conditions.
