| Abstract: | According to the properties of the road network of Urumqi, the paper establishes the traffic planning model of Urumqi using four-phase traffic demand model, expatiates on the scheme about the input and output of the model as well as the calibration of relative parameters in detail, and analyzes its application combining with a practical case. |
