铝阳极板的腐蚀对比研究

摘    要:采用自腐蚀析气、极化曲线测定和金相显微镜技术,对比研究了问题中南铝、合格中南铝、自生产铝及西南铝的腐蚀情况。结果表明:中南铝板活性强,自腐蚀析氢大,腐蚀电位更负,问题中南铝基体中具有大量尺寸大小不一,分布不均的第二相颗粒,导致铝板腐蚀速率大、腐蚀不均匀,西南铝由于采用较好的轧制及热处理工艺,第二相含量较少且分布均匀,自腐蚀析氢小。

Abstract:By using self-corrosion gassing,polarization curve and metallographic microscopy technology,corrosion of different aluminum plates is studied.The results show that:(1) Zhongnan-plate has good electrolytic properties,large self-corrosion and negative corrosive potential,(2) Zhongnan-plate has great second-phases with inconsistent dimension and distributing because of having good rolling and heat-treating techniques;(3)Xinan-plate has small second-phases with uniform distributing and low self-corrosion.
