| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生工作管理机制，由组织系统、管理规则、运行序列等要素构成。组织系统依照管理规则运作，管理规则引导运行序列指向预期目标，对相应资源进行合理配置和有效整合。组织系统、管理规则、运行序列相互联系、相互作用、相互制约，构成学生工作有形的与潜在的管理秩序，以及学生工作宏观的与内在的运行机制。

| Abstract: | The main elements for managing students＂ mechanism in higher vocational Colleges include organization system, managerial regulations and operational orders. Organization system operates according to managerial regulations, managerial regulations guide operational orders to achieve the expected objectives. These three elements have close relation, they effect and control each other forming an visible and invisible management order in the work of managing students and a macroscopical and internal operational mechanism of students＇ work. |
