对城市轨道交通建设热的冷思考

城市轨道交通作为城市综合运输体系的重要组成部分，在解决城市交通问题中起着不容忽视的作用。目前，我国许多城市都纷纷效仿，准备规划或正在修建轨道交通线路．兴起了轨道交通建设的热潮。对此．我们需冷静面对。一方面轨道交通方案是技术成熟、环境最优的解决方案．另一方面全面的轨道交通网不仅投资巨大．而且运能又可能高于实际要求。所以大城市进行轨道交通规划与建设时首先要对其必要性进行定性与定量的分析．从城市的社会经济发展水平、用地性质、规模、人口密度及客流量等多个方面进行定量分析．才能决定是否需要修建轨道交通来解决城市的交通问题．以促进城市经济的发展。

Sober Thought About Overheating Construction of Urban Railway Transport

As an important part of integrated urban transport system, railway transport plays an essential role on solving urban transport problem. At present, many cities in China are preparing for construction or have constructed urban railway lines already. An upsurge of railway construction is rising in China. But, we should keep sober minds to the situation. On one side, railway project will be a satisfying project with mature technology and environment friendly advantage. On the other hand, railway construction needs a great deal of capital investment and its tr an sport capacity may exceed actual demand. When a metropolis starts to layout and construct railway transport system, it must firstly make both qualitative and quantitative analysis carefully. Quantitative analysis should focus on social and economic developmental level of the city, the quality and scale of land using, population density and passenger quantity. Then a decision on whether constructs railway transport system could be made finally to promote the economic development of city.
