| 摘 要： | 由于维修性越来越受到重视,维修性定量指标已写入了船舶的技术规格书中。对船舶系统的维修性指标如何进行验收,目前还没有一套行之有效的方法。针对船舶的特点,提出了一种适合船舶系统的维修性定量评估方法。该方法采用船舶设备的维修时间数据,经过适当折合后进行船舶系统级平均故障修复时间的评估,并对船舶系统平均故障修复时间区间估计的公式进行了推导,有效解决了船舶系统的维修性指标的验收难题。最后用实例说明该方法的应用。

| Abstract: | As an important controllable index,the maintainability has appeared in the technical specification of ships.But there is no effective method to examine this index for a ship system.With respect to the maintenance characteristics of the ship;a quantitative maintainability evaluation method is given in the paper,which can evaluate the value of mean time to repair for ship system based on the maintenance time data of ship equipments.An interval estimation formula of mean time to repair for ship system is derived.The examination of the maintainability index can be solved by using this method.Finally,application of this method is illustrated through examples. |
