抑烟改性沥青性能试验研究

摘    要:公路隧道是一个相对封闭、空间狭小的管状环境,隧道内空气流动性差,一般的热拌沥青混凝土在隧道内施工时会严重污染空气,造成施工机械故障甚至危害施工人员的身体健康,加入Sasobit降粘剂和Al(OH)3抑烟剂可以降低施工时混合料释放出的沥青烟浓度。经研究发现,温度对沥青烟的产生有较大影响,采用Sasobit温拌技术降低施工温度可明显减少沥青烟;Al(OH)3抑烟剂的添加有一定的抑烟作用,但是不够显著。

Abstract:The highway tunnel is a kind of relatively closed and narrow tubular environment,in which the air flows slowly.Ordinary HMA will contaminate the air badly while constructed in the tunnel and cause the machine breakdown,even jeopardize the health of workers.The density of pitch fume can be lowered by adding Sasobit and Al(OH)3.After studying,researchers find that the temperature affects the pitch fume deeply and warm mixture with Sasobit can lower the pitch fume effectively;Al(OH)3 has some effect on the pitch fume,but it is not effective.
