功率超声系统智能电源的设计

摘    要:利用INTEL8254定时/计数器,结合8031单片机的计算控制功能,设计了一种用于功率超声系统的智能高频电源。它能自动跟踪功率超声发生器的谐频率,同时还可根据需要自动调节输出功率,并具备显示报警功能。

Abstract:A type of intelligent high frequency power supply used for power ultrasonic system is designed by use of the timing and counting functions of the INTEL8254, and by use of the computing and controlling functions of the single chip computer INTEL8031. This power supply can automatically trace the resonant frequency of an ultrasonic generator, automatically adjust its power output according to needs, and has an alarm display function.
