摘    要:介绍了平推式军用桥梁架设相关的若干关键技术。桥跨推送技术涉及了动力系统、传动装置与执行机构的选用与分析方法;导槽结构技术涉及了滚轮与导槽的失效形式、强度与稳定性分析方法、导槽的表面强化方法;嵌套导梁与桥跨的协调技术涉及了变形协调关系分析、刚度匹配与优化、配合间隙分析等;伸展悬臂梁的振动控制技术涉及了动力学模型的构建、风激振动分析及振动控制方法等。另外,文中结合新技术、新工艺提出了一些具体的解决措施,并对军用桥梁平推式架设的发展方向进行了总结和探讨。

Abstract:Some of the key techniques for the horizontally launching-erection of military bridges are introduced in the paper.The launching techniques for bridge spans involve the power system,the conveying devices,and the choice of a proper power system,transmission and executive mechanisms for bridges,and their analytical methods.The technology of the chute structure involves failure modes and methods to calculate strength and buckling stability of rollers and the chute,and methods to strengthen the chute surface.Then the coherence of the nose beam and bridge spans involves the analysis of the deformation-coherence relationships,the matching and optimization of stiffness,the analysis of the fitting clearances between the nose beam and the bridge section,etc.The vibration-controlling technology for the extendable cantilever beam involves the establishment of dynamic models,and the analysis of the wind-induced vibration and vibration-controlling methods.Besides,with new techniques and new processes taken into account,a few specific solutions and measures are put forward in the paper,with the developing tendency of the horizontally launching technique summarized and explored.
