高强混凝土的试配研究

摘    要:介绍C60高强混凝土配合比设计的基本思路,并根据高强混凝土的特点和要求配制出满足强度及工作性要求的C60高强混凝土。进行了立方体和棱柱体试件的抗压试验及弹性模量试验,分析了水泥浆含量对拌和物工作性及高强混凝土基本力学性能的影响,研究表明,水泥浆含量是影响高强混凝土拌和物工作性及力学性能的重要因素。

Abstract:A elementary procedure of mixture ratio for C60 high-strength concrete is introduced, and C60 high-strength concrete are confected according to its characteristics, which can meet the requirements on strength and workability. Experiments on compressive strength, axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of cubes and prisms of test samples are performed; and influence of cement paste content on mixture workability and elementary mechanical properties of high-strength concrete is analyzed. The research indicates that cement paste content is a key factor affecting the mixture workability and elementary mechanical properties of high-strength concrete.The test results can provide useful references for farther researches.
