某电子产品生产企业扩建工程项目职业病危害预评价

目的确定该建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害类别,为该建设项目职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。方法采用类比法和定量分级法相结合的原则对本次建设项目进行综合评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有硫酸、盐酸、氨、氢氧化钠、氰化物、镍及其化合物、甲醛、有机溶剂、噪声等,根据有关规定企业拟采取相应的措施。经调查分析,拟建项目采取的防护措施计划基本合理。结论该项目属"严重职业病危害建设项目"。根据该项目自身类比调查情况以及拟建项目将采取的防护措施判断,该项目在职业病危害因素控制方面基本可行。

Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards for Expansion Projects in an Electronic Product Enterprise

Purpose To identify and evaluate the possibility of occupational hazardous factors in an electronic product enterprise, and to make suggestions for its systematic management. Methods Overall evaluation was made using analogue and quantificational classification. Results The major occupational hazards in the expansion project were sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, sodium hydroxide, cyanide, nickel and its compounds, formaldehyde, organic solvent and noise. Many protective measures would be carried out in this expansion projects. And the protective measures were reasonable and effective by evaluating. Conclusion This expansion project is a serious occupational hazards construction projects. Through the analogical investigation and the protective measures that would be carried out in the project, the expansion project in preventing occupational hazards is feasible.
