| Abstract: | Humanist management aims at making students intellectually acquired,spiritually satisfied,ethically promoted and all sides harmoniously developed,with solicitude,respect and trust as its feeling ties,self-decision,self-discipline and self-stimulation as its major methods,humanism and openness as its important mark,and student's individualist cultivation and harmonious campus construction as its ultimate goal. |
