摘    要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)桥面板重量轻,可大大降低桥梁上部结构的重量,进而减轻下部结构的工程量。FRP桥面板耐腐蚀,抗疲劳和耐久性。它可大大减少建桥现场组装的时间,降低建造成本,节约维修费用,使用寿命长。作为新一代桥梁承重结构,FRP桥面板在桥梁建设和桥梁维修与改造工程中具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文介绍两类FRP桥面板 拉挤复合材料粘合结构桥面板和夹芯结构复合材料桥面板,对已有的几种FRP桥面板产品性能进行分析,介绍国内外在FRP桥面板的研制、工程应用和研究的进展状况。

Abstract:FRP deck system reduces dead weight of the superstructure of the bridge and increases traffic load.It can achieve light-duty of the bridges,thus reduce the engineering work of the substructure.The advantages of applying FRP in bridge decks include its ease installation,corrosion resistance,fatigue endurance.It reduces building and maintenance costs and promises a longer lifespan.As a new kind of load-carrying member,FRP bridge decks have a promising future in the construction and rehabilitation of the bridge engineering.In this paper,two kinds of FRP bridge decks,adhesively bonded pull-extruded decks and sandwich decks,are introduced and their application and research development are also discussed.
