大跨径预应力混凝土桥梁防水粘结层的研究

摘    要:根据滨州黄河公路大桥结构特点和桥面受力特性,应用三维有限元法,建立计算模型,通过分析荷载对防水粘结层及铺装层层间的剪应力的影响、防水粘结层厚度对其剪应力的影响来确定防水粘结层材料的主要控制指标,并通过室内试验进行验证和完善技术指标;通过几种防水材料的性能试验和模拟现场受力试验的结果比较,选择出性能优良、技术指标满足本桥要求的防水粘结层材料,为防水粘结层的设计与施工提供了系统的技术控制指标。

Abstract:Based on structural characteristics of the cablestayed bridge deck over Yellow River in Binzhou city,the mechanical analysis model was established in this paper.By applying the threedimension space finite element method,the main technique control indexes of waterproof and cohesive layer were determined.By analyzing the shear stress in bridge deck structure layers and between layers affected by traffic loads and its thickness,the control indexes are checked and verified according to many indoor tests,such as several materials performance tests and simulating worksite mechanical tests.waterproof and cohesive layer materials with betterperformance meeting with technique index were selected for design and constructoin of the waterproof and cohesive layer in bridge deck.
