| 摘 要： | 文章对某隧道"关门"坍塌事故救援抢险的成功经验进行了总结,并针对救援的方式和效果进行了分析,归纳了救援抢险成功所需各种条件以及保证措施,同时指出了救援过程中可能出现的各种问题及应采取的应急预案.这些经验和措施对类似事故中应急救援抢险方案的制定和选择有借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The paper summarised the successful experience of the rescue of a blocked tunnel collapse,analysed the rescue measures adopted and their effects,summed up the required conditions and measures for the successful rescue,pointed out the problems possibly encountered in the rescue process and corresponding emergency preparedness plans.These experience and measures involved can be taken for reference for the decision-making of the rescue option of similar accidents. |
