摘    要:汽车半轴杆径的坡道载荷设计法,是在IVECO推荐的汽车在18%坡道上所需驱动力矩基础上,融合了材料的近似疲劳极限而成的计算方法。该方法考虑了材料硬度对疲劳极限的影响,使半轴杆长设计随热处理方法不同而有所差异。

Abstract:The climbing load design method for motor vehicle driving axle half shaft is a computational method recommended by IVECO,which is formed on the basis of driving torque required for a motor vehicle in climbing a 18% gradient of slope and combined with approximate fatigue limit of material. The method has considered the effect of difference in material hardness on the fatigue limit,which causes the shaft diameter design to become different depending on heat treatment difference.
