| 摘 要： | 本文借助分枝定界原理对包含生产准备时间的多工序成组生产进行了生产量和生产顺序综合优化的研究,建立了数学模型。对算法的加速,时间约束式的比较等进行了多方面的分析研究,最后提出了一个能得到精确解的有效算法。

| Abstract: | The production optimization in multistage group system is discussed. By using the branch-and-bound method, the author balances the factors of both production planning and sequencing with set up time taken into consideration, and suggests a mathematical model for the optimization. After a comprehensive analysis of time constraints, the speeding-up of calculation and other concerned elements, an effective and precise algorithm is proposed. |
