| 摘 要： | 江苏高速公路工程项目合同管理网络信息系统，以创新的思维，提出“网络环境下合同建立与调整自动化．计量支付自动化、统计汇总自动化、投资控制自动化”的工作思路，利用网络环境提供全面、准确、及时的合同信息支持，实现省市高指的信息共享，实现项目建设合同管理和投资控制动态管理，提高管理和决策的水平。

| Abstract: | Expressway project contract management information system of Jiangsu, with the creative thinking, presents a new idea of establishing and adjusting the contract, calculating payment and controling investment automatically.h also makes use of the network environment to provide comprehensive,exact and timely contract information support,to share the information between province and city, and carry out the expressway project contract management and the investment control dynamic management, therefore improve the management and policy making. |
