摘    要:针对耙吸挖泥船耙头高压冲水喷嘴流场,采用CFD技术进行喷嘴淹没射流数值模拟计算.分析不同喷嘴直径、不同出口射流速度、不同靶距及不同射流喷射角度条件下的射流压力.其他参数不变的情况下,泥面所受到的压力随射流速度的提高而增大、随喷嘴直径增大而略微增加、随靶距增大而减小.喷射角度为90°、60°和45°时,同等射流速度下喷射...

Abstract:Aiming at the flow field in the high-pressure flushing nozzle of the drag head on trailing suction hopper dredgers,this paper conducted the numerical simulation of the submerged jet of the nozzle by CFD technology.The jet pressures under different nozzle diameters,exit jet velocities,target distances,and jet angles are analyzed.When the other parameters remain unchanged,the pressure on the mud surface increases with the rise in the jet velocity,slightly increases with the enlargement of nozzle diameter,and decreases with the increase in target distance.When the jet angles are 90°,60°,and 45°,the pressure on the mud surface is the largest under 90°at the same jet velocity,while 60°is the best jet angle in terms of soil breaking amount.
