摘    要:通过对坐标法的分析得知,3点构形呈正三角形分布时,中心位置的精度最高;但当3点的构形较差时,拟合圆心的精度就较差,且不能满足中心位置的精度要求。鉴于此,采用测量圆周上多个点坐标的方法,对圆心坐标进行平差计算及精度评定。通过对模拟试验数据的计算与分析得出,测量3点时,3点的构形应基本呈正三角形分布,速度快,精度高,3点的构形较差时,测量多点坐标的方法可以提高拟合圆心的精度及可靠性。研究结论具有实用性和有效性。

Abstract:By analysis of coordinate method,it was known that(1)when three-point configuration is equilateral triangle arrangement,the centre of steel casing have the highest accuracy;(2)when three-point configuration is worse,accuracy of the coordinate of fitted centre of circle is poor and cannot meet the accuracy requirement of the center position.Therefore,the adjustment calculation of the centre of circle coordinate was carried out and its accuracy was evaluated by using the method of multi-point coordinates measurement.The result of calculation and analysis of simulative test data shows that(1) using three-point configuration which has equilateral triangle arrangement can obtain high accuracy and fast speed;(2) when three-point configuration is worse,the method of multi-point coordinates measurement can improve accuracy and reliability of fitted coordinate of centre of circle.The conclusion has practicability and validity.
