| Abstract: | Under the new situation of sharp market competition, how to improve cost management of construction projects and create optimum benefits has become a major study subject for construction enterprises. This paper describes, from different aspects, the importance of strengthening cost management of construction projects and ways and means to lessen construction cost of the same. Analysis and interpretation are also given to the related issues concerning basic enterprise management. |
