摘    要:基于《起重机设计规范》中的结构风载荷计算方法及计算流体动力学理论,运用有限元软件AN-SYS/CFX,对轨道吊结构进行风载荷计算,为风场中结构的真实承载计算提供了可行的方法,所获得的风场流动矢量及结构表面压强梯度计算结果,可为新产品研发提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Reference to the computational method of wind loads from the Design Rules for Cranes and the theory of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) , and with the ANSYS/CFX (finite element software) , the wind loads computation for the structure of Rail -Mounted Gantry Cranes (RMGC) is carried out. The process provides a feasible method to real structure loaded calculation in wind field, and the obtained flowing vector of wind field and the results for the structural surfaceg gradient of intensity of pressure can provide a reference for the further new product research and development.
