基于铁路沿线大型站点的综合开发研究——以日本京都火车站综合体谈西安站改

从日本京都站综合体的成功经验出发,总结出其在城市层面、车站位置、对外和周边交通、综合开发的规模、内容、形式等方面的特点。提出西安站改造工程综合开发的建议:着眼增加有效、发达的对外交通;加强车站与城市的密切联系;在建设形式、体量上应该大胆创新;综合开发要基于大规模、多业态,融合相对齐全的城市功能;通过立体开发"分层分流"合理组织好各类交通与综合开发功能的关系。

Research on Comprehensive Development of Large Scale Railway Sites---Renovation of Xi’an Railway Station with Reference to Kyoto Station Complex

With reference to Kyoto Station Complex in Japan,the characteristics of the station in terms of the location,the internal and external traffics and the comprehensive development in scale,content and form are summarized. Proposals are put forward for the renovation of Xi'an railway station that effective external transport is created to link the station closely to the city; comprehensive development is based on large-scale,multi-format and integration with complete urban functions; and with the development of three-dimensional "tiered triage ", different modes of traffic and comprehensive development are reasonably coordinated.
