高速铁路矮墩大跨连续刚构拱桥设计研究

摘    要:商合杭高速铁路跨越亳州涡河、阜阳颍河等多处特殊工点,需要选择一种跨度较大,而墩高较矮的桥式,根据铁路桥梁既有的设计成果,对连续刚构、V形墩连续刚构及连续刚构拱桥3种方案分别进行研究,从适用、经济、受力性能、轨道长波不平顺等方面,对3种方案的轨道长短波不平顺性进行对比分析,最终确定(88+168+88)m连续刚构拱桥方案为最佳方案。通过对连续刚构拱桥梁高、刚壁墩间距、刚壁墩壁厚、拱肋截面等结构尺寸的计算调整,使结构的受力得到了很大的改善,并且使长短波不平顺值满足规范要求,成功地实现了矮墩大跨连续刚构拱桥在高速铁路桥梁设计中的运用。

The Application Research on Short-pier-long-span Continuous Rigid Frame Arch Bridge in High-speed Railway

Abstract:In the design of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou high speed railway bridge,the long span and short pier bridge has to be employed to cross over Bozhou Wo River,Fuyang Yinghe River and other special worksites. With reference to the practices in railway bridge design,the three schemes of continuous rigid frame,V-shaped pier continuous rigid frame and continuous rigid frame arch bridge are studied in perspectives of applicability,economy,power performance,long wave track irregularity,and( 88 +168 +88) m continuous rigid frame bridge is finalized as the most suitable type of bridge based on the comparison of the long and short wave irregularity of the three schemes. Through optimization calculation of the height of continuous rigid frame arch bridge,the distance between rigid wall piers,the thickness of rigid wall and the arc rib size,its structural bearing capacity is much improved,which satisfies the requirements for long and short wave irregularities and makes it applicable to high-speed railway.
