摘    要:传统企业单通道的职业发展方式,导致人才向主管积聚,不利于专业人才的成长。扬帆集团有限公司的职位管理和多通道晋升制度,突破了人才单向发展的瓶颈,达到吸引优秀人才、培养关键人才、留住核心人才的目的。

Abstract:A traditional single channel of career development for enterprises leads to the accumulation of talents to directors, which is harmful to the growth of professional talents. Yangfan Group Company, Ltd. introduced position management and multi-channel promotion system, this has broken through the bottleneck of the single direction development of talents and achieved the objective of attracting top talents, fostering key talents and retaining core talents.
