微粒捕集器微元管内流场的CFD分析

摘    要:壁流式陶瓷微粒捕集器是柴油机上一种有效的过滤微粒措施,根据其结构对称性和内部流动数学模型.分别建立边长为2.4mm、2.0mm、1.6mm的相邻微元管的三维模型.研究其静压力分布、速度分布、炭颗粒浓度分布规律,结果表明2.4mm边长的模型效果最好,仿真计算的结果能反映过滤体内部流动规律。CFD数值模拟方法能缩短周期,便于改变模型参数,是研究颗粒捕集器流场的有效方法。

Abstract:Ceramic wall-flow particulate trap on the diesel engine is an effective measure particulate filter, according to the internal structure of symmetry and flow model, the establishment of 2.4mm,2.0mm, 1.6mm width micro-channel of the adjacent three-dimensional model respectively, research the static pressure, velocity carbon, paticulate volume frac- tion distributing rules,show the width with 2.4mm good, the simulation results can reflect the characteristics of the filter. CFD numerical simulation methods can not only shorten the decelopment period and can be easy to change model parameters, but also is the effective way to research particulate filter field.
