摘    要:研究了50CrMo4材质的特性,对50CrMo4曲轴进行了热处理工艺研究与试验,检测其硬度和力学性能.分析结果表明,50CrMo4曲轴经此工艺热处理,在增加曲轴表面硬度的同时,提高了综合力学性能.通过工艺研究和试验,50CrMo4曲轴试制成功,并通过中国船级社认证.

Abstract:The article mainly research the characteristics of the material 50CrMo4,analyze and test 50CrMo4 crankshaft of the heat treatment process,check its hardness and mechanical properties.The results show that this process can increase the surface hardness,and simultaneously enhance the integrated mechanical properties.Through the process of research and test,50CrMo4 crankshaft trial is successful and authorized by China Classification Society.
