摘    要:通过针对德国进口的五轴镗专用夹具的精度分析与改进技术研究,并在工艺试验的基础上,优化了工艺方案和切削参数,突破了变壁厚的复杂内腔箱体加工精度的控制关键技术,解决了箱体主轴瓦孔二次装配错位现象的质量问题,保证了箱体的高精度加工要求.

Abstract:Through research on the accuracy of five axis boring,the technical scheme and cutting parameters were optimized on the basis of process test.The key technology of precision control for the variable thick complex cavty box was broken,and the problem for assembly malposition of main bearing bore was solved,and the high precision machining requirements were ensured.
