高速柴油机凹弧凸轮轴磨削技术研究及应用

摘    要:某型号柴油机燃油喷射系统的凸轮轴凸轮结构为凹弧型,设计结构特殊、精度高,加工难度大.通过针对凹弧凸轮的磨削工艺分析、加工设备的优选、数控程序的优化等应用研究,在工艺试验验证的基础上,突破了凹弧型凸轮加工的关键技术,在批量生产中取得了显著效果.

Abstract:The camshaft CAM structure for a type diesel engine fuel injection system is concave arc with the high precision and the great processing difficulties.Through the analysis of concave arc CAM grinding technology and the application research of the processing equipment and the NC program,on the basis of experiments,the key technologies of concave are CAM were broken,and the effect was obvious in batch.
