| 摘 要： | 文章针对当前我国高职院校危机管理存在的诸多问题,提出高职院校危机管理改进方案——在确立正确的高职院校危机管理原则的基础上建立健全高职院校危机管理机制。高职院校危机管理机制应包括事前预防机制、事中应对机制和事后恢复机制三大组成部分。

| Abstract: | According to the crisis management problems existing at Chinese vocational colleges,the paper offers the improvement program,that is,to establish and perfect the crisis management mechanism on the basis of the correct principles of crisis management mechanism,which should include three parts: the prevention mechanism beforehand,the incident response mechanisms during the matter and the recovery mechanism after the matter. |
