城市轨道交通工程地铁钢轨轨底坡调整技术研究

摘    要:城市轨道交通工程中,钢轨不均匀磨耗的原因之一是轨底坡不满足设计要求。根据重庆轨道交通1号线现场测量的轨底坡数据,通过调整轨下垫板或扣件板下垫板的方式,对轨底坡测量数据不满足要求的地段进行调整,使轨道几何尺寸得到了有效控制,列车轮对与轨面的关系得到了改善。结论如下:轨底坡的正确设置,可减少钢轨不均匀磨耗,提高车辆轮对与钢轨的使用寿命,减少养护维修费用。

Adjustment Technique Used for Rail Base Slope of Urban Rail Transit Project

Abstract:In urban rail transit projects,one of the reasons of uneven rail abrasion is that the rail base slop do not meet design requirement. About the Chongqing urban rail transit line 1,this paper expounded how to adjust the rail base slope according to the field-measured data of rail base slop,by means of adjusting the pads under rails or under fasteners,at the rail region where the field-measured data of rail base slope did not meet the design requirement. In that way,the geometrical size of the track was effectively controlled,and the relationship between the wheel-set and rail surface was improved. The conclusion is drawn as bellow: by rightly tilting the rail base,the uneven rail abrasion can be lessened, the service lives of both the wheel-set and the rail can be increased,and the maintenance and repairing cost can be decreased.
