摘    要:摩托车制动新标准的推广实施,已将国内众多摩托车企业和检测机构的注意力迅速聚焦到ABS制动系统的测试研究上。《GB 20073—2018摩托车和轻便摩托车制动性能要求及试验方法》标准对高端摩托车的制动性能提出了加装ABS系统的新要求,其中低附着路面的测试要求和方法是整个项目中的难点之一。本文通过对标准和测试方法的研究,谈谈一些自己多次实践获得的测试经验和方法。

Abstract:With the promotion and implementation of the new motorcycle braking standard, many domestic motorcycle enterprises and testing institutes have focused on the research on the test of ABS Braking System. The GB20073-2018 Performance and Measurement Method for Braking of Motorcycle and Mopeds stipulates that the equipment of ABS in braking system of high-end motorcycle is necessary. The test requirements and methods for low-adhesion pavement are one of the difficulties in the whole project.This article puts forward the testing experience and methods through the research standard and testing methods.
