生产玻璃模具用耐热铸铁的研究

本文从玻璃模具的服役条件与失效形式出发,分析了对材质的要求,研制了一种新的用于制做玻璃模具的耐热铸铁材料.通过对材质的抗氧化、抗生长、热疲劳、热扩散以及导热系数的实验与测定,结果表明:蠕虫状 Gr-Mo 合金铸铁是用于制做玻璃模具的比较理想的材料,用这种材料和中频炉、冲天炉熔化生产的模具经现场使用,其寿命分别达到45万次和40万次以上,超过了目前国内生产的各种铸铁玻璃模具的使用寿命.

Study on the Heat-risistant Cast Iron for Glass Moulds

From the service condition and the failure form of glass moulds,analyses the reguirements to materials,and develops a new kind of heat-resistant cast iron used for glass moulds.By the testing including oxidation-resistance,growth-resistance,thermal fatigue,thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity,the results show that the Cr-Mo alloyed compacted graphite cast iron is desirable material used to-make glass moulds.The service life of glass moulds used in factories made of this kind of material molten by cupola and coreless induc- tion furnace last separately mone than 450000 and 4000000 per mould and surpass greatly that of all kinds of cast iron used to make glass moulds being used in our country.
