摘    要:通过改进后的真空预压技术与传统"砂垫层+塑料排水板"工艺的对比试验,研究在软基处理工程中采用"无砂直连"和变孔径滤膜排水板技术的加固效果,并在试验成果的基础上分析改进技术的特点和工作机理。采用"无砂直连"技术可减少真空度损失,选择合适孔径的滤膜排水板可减少滤膜的淤堵,这些技术改进均有利于软土地基的排水固结。

Abstract:Through comparing experiment of the improved vacuum preloading technique and the technology of traditional sand cushion plus plastic drain, we research the soft foundation reinforcement effect by adopting the techniques of direct connection without sand cushion and the drains with variable aperture filter membrane, then analyze the characteristics and working mechanism of the improved technique on the basis of the experimental result. The technique of direct connection without sand cushion decreases vacuum loss, and the plastic drains with appropriate aperture filter membrane reduces filter membrane clogging. Those improved technologies are beneficial to the drainage and consolidation of soft soil foundation.
