水泥搅拌桩复合地基的应力应变分析

摘    要:针对某矿石堆场堆取料机轨道梁下水泥搅拌桩复合地基的不同设计方案,利用PLAXIS2D数值模型分析在250 kPa荷载作用下,复合地基中水泥搅拌桩的水平位移与轴向应力和地基应变的分布规律,提出与堆场使用期加载计划有关的建议,为项目运营提供必要参考。

Abstract:Based on various design schemes of cement mixing piles composite foundation for the track girder of stacker-reclaimed in one ore stockyard, we use P1AXIS2D numerical model to analyze the law of horizontal displacement and axial stress for the cement mixing piles, the distribution law of strain for the composite foundation under 250 kPa load, then put forward relevant suggestions on the loading plan in the period of stockyard use, which will provide necessary reference for the operation of similar projects.
