物流特色小镇选址适宜性评价研究

摘    要:为科学合理地确定物流特色小镇的选址问题,保证小镇的可持续发展,开展了选址适宜性评价研究。首先对比分析了当前的选址理论及方法,结合特色小镇的发展内涵和目标诉求,提出物流特色小镇的选址原则。然后,综合考虑外部环境、经济与社会基础、基础设施分布、物流业发展情况、可持续发展能力等因素,建立了一个含有5个一级指标、13个二级指标、27个三级指标的评价指标体系。最后,基于AHP-Fuzzy法,构建了物流特色小镇的选址适宜性评价模型,并以合肥岗集小镇作为案例进行验证。结果表明,AHP-Fuzzy综合评价法得到的评价结果与实际情况比较符合,证明该系统具有较好的科学性、合理性和可操作性,可将其推广应用到物流特色小镇的选址评价中。

Abstract:In order to determine the site selection of logistics characteristic town scientifically and reasonably, ensure the sustainable development of logistics characteristic town, the site selection suitability evaluation research was carried out. Firstly, the current site selection theory and method were compared. Combined with the development connotation and target appeal of logistics characteristic towns, the site selection principle of logistics characteristic town was put forward. Then, considering factors such as external environment, economic and social basis, infrastructure distribution, logistics industry development and sustainable development capacity, an evaluation system with 5 first-level indexes, 13 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes was established. At last, based on AHP-Fuzzy method, the site selection suitability evaluation model of logistics characteristic town was built, and Gangji Town in Hefei was selected as the evaluation case. The result shows that the evaluation results obtained by AHP-Fuzzy method are consistent with the actual situation, which proves that the system is scientific, reasonable and operable, and can be applied to the site selection evaluation of logistics characteristic town.
