| Abstract: | By establish navigation safety comprehensive evaluation index system of Tianjin port compound channel,this paper built a navigation safety evaluation model about the channel.The fuzzy AHP was applied as main approach of the comprehensive evaluation.The conclusion can be used as theoretical support to the port’s operations and management,maritime safety administration and navigation order maintenance. |
