摘    要:全海深载人潜水器正在研制中,其载人舱材料的合理选择是保证潜水器在严峻环境中使用安全的重要因素。高强度钛合金TB19是全海深载人舱的备选材料之一,材料在使用过程中将承受高应力水平下的蠕变疲劳载荷的作用。文章对TB19的低周保载疲劳寿命和破坏模式进行了试验研究,并与已应用于在役载人舱的Ti-6Al-4V ELI材料的性能进行了对比。该研究结果可为后续全海深载人舱的选材和载人舱初步设计提供指导。

Abstract:Full-ocean-depth manned submersibles are under development and suitable material se-lection for their manned cabins is most pivotal to guarantee the safety of the submersible under haz-ardous environmental conditions. TB19 is one of the candidate high strength titanium alloy materials under consideration for full-ocean-depth manned cabin, which will endure dwell-fatigue loading at high peak stress level during the service time of submersible. In this paper, the recent experimental study on the low-cycle dwell-fatigue life and failure mode of TB19 is presented, which will be com-pared with that of Ti-6Al-4V ELI, the material successfully applied in manned cabins in service. The discussion will be used for obtaining a better understanding of its usability from the viewpoint of proper material evaluation of manned cabin.
