| Abstract: | With the entry into force and implementation of new STCW Convention, radical changes of maritime education and training are taking place around the world. This paper makes comparisons of maritime education between internal and external maritime institutions in view of the educational system and administrative organization, and also states the necessity and significance of the educational innovation of maritime institutions in China. |
