| Abstract: | The Cargo Oil Handling Simulator for Oil Tankers is a large simulant system developed by us for training the crews on board oil tankers. In view of the simulator's function, requirements and characteristics, this paper discusses a hardware topology construction, a design of a parallel intelligent software core and every function of simulant working of the system. |
