聚丙烯酰胺改性水泥砂浆的强度与工艺研究

摘    要:通过抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验、凝结时间试验与水泥净浆和水泥砂浆的搅拌工艺试验,研究了聚丙烯酰胺改性水泥净浆和水泥砂浆的性能及改性机理。研究结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺对水泥砂浆的搅拌工艺和凝结时间有显著影响,而且对提高水泥砂浆的抗折强度与抗压强度有显著作用,并可降低压折比。

Abstract:Through compressive strength test,flexural strength test,cement setting time test,and mixed technology test of cement slurry and cement mortar.The modifying effect of mechanism and property of polyacryamide modifying cement slurry and cement mortar are studied.Relevant test and analysis show that polyacryamide can obviously affect mixing technology and setting time of cement slurry.Moreover,polyacryamide can not only effectively enhance flexural strength and compressive strength,but also decrease the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength.
