| 摘 要： | 作者等在临床工作中观察到:颈椎脊髓症患者都有不同的手部异常表现,即所谓“颈髓症的手”。本文对此作了详细介绍,主要包括:手部精细运动功能低下;小指分离现象阳性;手指伸屈10秒试验阳性;手指伸屈与腕关节掌屈背伸异常连动;以及其它体征。“颈髓症的手”是诊断重症颈髓症的重要指标之一,能较客观地反映脊髓症的严重程度,并可做为手术预后判断的依据

| Abstract: | It is clinically observed that patients with myelopathy of cervical vertebra often show abnormal manifestation of hands in varying degree.We called it“the cervical myelopathie hand”.which was described in detail in this article.The clinical man- ifestations of“the cervical myelopathic hand”are as following:Hypofunction of fine movement of the hand:separation of the little finger from the midline of the hand;the ten-second test of finger exten- sion and flexion is pasitive the conbining movement bath extension-flexion of the finger and the wrist is abnormal;and other signs.“The cervical myelopathic hand” is one of many important conditi- ons for dianosis of serius mylopathy.It also objectivelly shows serious degree of the cervical myepathy and can be emplo- ied to judge potoperative results. |
