交错齿结构非对称齿齿轮泵设计

摘    要:为提高齿轮泵排量、降低流量脉动率,就齿轮泵进行新齿形及新结构改进设计,提出采用交错齿结构,流量脉动率可降低70%左右,采用非对称高齿齿形排量可增大10%,同时又可降低噪音,该泵是齿轮泵的优良品种,有一定实用价值和应用前景.

Abstract:In order to increase the output volume and reduce the pressure pulsation, a new structure and spur profile of gear pumps are designed. The flow and pressure pulsation can be reduced by about 70% with crisscross spurs structure, While the output volume can be increased by about 10% with asymmetric spur profiles, the pump noise can be also reduced. This pump is an advantageous kind of pumps, and has certain practical values and wide engineering applications.
