摘    要:分析在多种运输方式存在情况下乘客的交通选择行为,基于随机用户平衡理论构造了综合运输条件下的交通方式分离模型。在此基础上,同时考虑乘客和客运管理部门两方面的利益,构造一个双层规划模型来描述多种运输方式存在情况下铁路客运市场优化问题,并给出求解算法。最后通过北京到天津的实例,分析在不同条件和目标下,客运管理部门应采取的相应策略。

Abstract:In this paper, we analyze the passengers' choice behaviors under the condition of multi-mode passenger transportation. A flow-split model for the passenger transportation market is presented based on the SUE theory. Subsequently, A bi-level programming is proposed for passenger transportation market optimization while the benefits of passengers and competent authorities are considered simultaneously. Finally the applications of the model and its algorithm are illustrated with a practical case.
