摘    要:铁路网络中,在相互交叉的运行线上,列车运行之间存在着相互影响.一条运行线上的列车若发生晚点,会与其他运行线上的列车发生冲突即同时要求进入同一个信号闭塞分区.待避的被干扰列车须在进入冲突区域前被迫减速甚至停车,从而形成列车运行时分损失.减速幅度即列车在冲突区域开放时刻的速度直接影响被干扰列车运行时分的损失程度.本文提出了...
