客车车体底架疲劳裂纹评价

摘    要:建立了客车车体的有限元模型,采用断裂力学,计算出客车底架临界裂纹尺寸和裂纹扩展率.通过对比有限元分析和物理加载试验获得的侧梁变形,对其进行了验证.在一定条件下,该裂纹分析过程可适用于铁道车辆临界裂纹和裂纹扩展速率的评估.

Abstract:The finite element model of passenger carbody is set up.The critical crack size and crack growth rate of passenger car underframe are calculated with the fracture mechanics.The verification is made through comparison between the finite element analysis and the sidesill deform obtained in the physical loading test.Under certain conditions,the crack analysis process can be applicable to the evaluation of critical crack and crack growth rate for rolling stock.
